Please review the list of homes available immediately. Our sister company, New Age Mortgage will help you finance these homes with a minimum of 15% down. Rents will cover PITI. Quality of tenants are great. So far we have had very good results with only a minimum percentage of challenging tenants.
To reserve a home, a non-refundable $5,000 earnest money deposit is requested. Escrow to be 30 to 45 days. We will send you the rental applications of people who are ready to occupy the houses when you close escrow.
